What is RS Camp? 

RS CAMP (Russian Synchro Camp) is a highly professional synchronized swimming (artistic swimming) training course developed for those who wants to become an athlete, technician, capable, credible and authoritative.

The International Camp, with a maximum duration of 7 days, it’s held in Italian, English and Russian.

Among the teachers there are excellence of absolute value: professional athletes, world champions, Olympic gold medals and high-level coaches.

One coach is guaranteed for every 7-10 athletes, all champions from the national team of the Russian Federation and with a baggage of international experience.

All our coaches have participated and won from the Comen Cup, Youth World Cup, European Championship, World Cup and Olympic Games.

FREE TIME

At your discretion everything they will wear when not engaged in sports activities. A sweatshirt and long trousers are recommended for any changes in the evening temperature. From Monday to Saturday the girls will also be engaged in other sports activities, so it is advisable to have at least 3 t-shirts and 3 shorts for recreational sports activities.

IMPORTANT:
 remember a sunscreen to avoid annoying sunburn. We recommend not to bring video games and other valuable technological items. The use of mobile phones will be regulated by the RS CAMP staff.
