Who can participate: Registered athletes, coaches (with instructor or coach certification) and parents of athletes.

CONTEST PARTICIPATION RULES:
1) Follow Russian Synchro Camp on Instagram;
2) Like under the last 5 total posts and reels on @RussianSynchrocamp Instagram;
3) Tag 5 artistic swimming athletes in the comments of the post with the 2023 camp flyer on @RussianSynchroCamp Instagram page;
4) Share the last post with the flyer found on the @RussianSynchroCamp Instagram page in your story and tag @RussianSynchroCamp writing:
A) why you want to participate;
B) what your wish is.

Once all the steps are done, the following prizes will be drawn on the @RussianSynchroCamp Instagram page on June 5:
1 WEEK SHORT CAMP COMPLETELY FREE FOR 2 ATHLETE(S) AND 2 COACHES
